Description

A smallish watercolour, 8 X 12 inches on Strathmore 80 lb. WC paper. I painted it with Pelican (tray) watercolours. This is a rather uneventful, or rather uncomplicated piece but I like it quite a bit. Flowers aren't so much my cup of tea, at least not like I used to love painting them but every once in a while it's nice to paint something simple, beautiful and contemplative. As flowers go, I love roses both to paint and enjoy having around.

Your work is amazing. I can't understand why you're art isn't up on the front page or at least in Daily Favorites. You seem to handle the brush VERY well. It's giving me an eye-gasm. :heart: You're my new favorite traditional artist!!!
